The American Planning Association – Illinois Chapter Illinois State Section is holding their annual spring conference on April 16 & April 23, 2021. This virtual conference will focus on urban planning issues outside of the Chicago area. Topics will include zoomtowns and broadband, affordable housing, cannabis, and more! There will be a law session with Ancel Glink attorneys ShawnTe Rains and Joyce Jeezer. There will also be a special, free webinar event in the evening of April 22nd, presented by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Department of Urban & Regional Planning, titled Segregation in the Heartland (there will be separate registration for this evening event).
